Group Classes

All of our group classes work on a rolling enrollment. This means you can register anytime there is an opening and start the next class! To enroll for class: Scroll through the levels and find what is appropriate for you, then find a good weekly meeting time and register! For more information on our group class structure, waitlist options, and yearly pool fee please read over our Group Classes Overview. We also offer Private Lessons, if you want something specific or 1-on-1 work.

About our Adult Classes

It’s NEVER too late to learn to swim.

We have wonderful adult classes, taught by adults who understand. It’s important to be placed in the appropriate class for instruction. If you’re in doubt, please call our swim desk to talk through your current skill level.

Current Adult Levels

Adult 1

Current Ability: Ready to participate in lessons, no fear of participating in 5 ft or shallower pool space.

Adult 2

Current Ability: Intermediate for adults who are comfortable in the water, can swim free style 1/2 length of pool w/ side breathing and self-rescue.

Adult 3

Current Ability: Advanced for adults who can swim but want to swim better.

Swim Fit

Swim Fit Program is for adults who want to learn to swim for exercise. This class will consist of stroke development, endurance, and lap swim etiquette. Students can expect direct instruction in the water as well as coaching from the deck. Coaches will track student progress via student reports that will include stroke critique and swim timing.

Class will meet twice a week for 45 min sessions each. Class meets Thursdays at 6:35p and Saturdays at 8am.

If you aren’t currently in lessons, call to schedule a tryout. Tryouts are Thursdays at 6:35p for summer.

Swim Fit

Current Ability: Over 18 years old; Swim 25M Freestyle w/ Rotary Breathing, 25M Back Stroke, 25M Elementary Backstroke; and Tread Water for 2 Minutes.
